The new buildings will comprise around 160 rental apartments in the mid-range segment; the apartment mix is intended to appeal to families, two-person households and singles in equal proportions.<\/p>\n<p>According to Axa, alternative forms of housing are also planned, such as large apartments for residential communities and small apartments supplemented with communal spaces. The development will be surrounded by a publicly accessible green space that will create a connection to Gisih\u00fcbeli. The Solothurn train station will be around a ten-minute walk away.<\/p>\n<p>The groundbreaking ceremony for the Sch\u00f6ngr\u00fcn development is scheduled for August 2018.
