The currently extensively sealed areas on the station site will also be landscaped and turned into an open space for the new development. The development of the well-developed building land will contribute to high-quality densification in a suitable location, according to SBB.<\/p>\n<p>SBB does not say anything about the amount of the planned investments, according to a report by the <em>Zurichsee-Zeitung<\/em> however, CHF 30 million is to be invested. The private design plan submitted by SBB on April 4 must be approved by the municipal council.
