The tax-exempt dividend remains stable at CHF 5.00 per share. The distribution yield is 4.20% (4.26% as at 31.12.2016).<\/p>\n<p>In total, Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund 56 generated income of around 10.24 million in the past financial year. Total expenses amounted to 3.6 million. Net income therefore amounted to 6.64 million. Rental income amounted to 10.23 million. As at December 31, 2017, the net asset value (NAV) was CHF 112.40 per unit (CHF 106.30 as at December 31, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>The debt financing ratio of the real estate fund is around 39% and the operating profit margin (EBIT) is 72.21%. The rental loss rate rose from around 11.34% in the previous year to 17.68%. The TER REF (GAV) is 0.81% (0.81% as at 31.12.2016).<\/p>\n<p>Total fund assets amounted to 220.5 million as at December 31, 2017, with net fund assets amounting to 131.8 million.<\/p>\n<p>A capital increase of around 60 million will be carried out in April 2018, with the payment scheduled for April 26, 2018.
