They feared that the new buildings would block the view of the lake.<\/p>\n<p>The municipal council and the municipal board had appealed to the voters to accept the proposal. A yes vote would allow the construction of a new hotel, and the community could also retain the Klinik Gut, which would be allowed to build a new building.<\/p>\n<p>After acceptance by the population, the next step will be for the Graub\u00fcnden government to decide on the partial revision of the local planning.
