The property is located in an established commercial area in central Switzerland with a very high visitor frequency, SPG Intercity says. The building is in mint condition and almost fully leased. The site is located directly on the highway. The real estate service provider did not disclose further details about the location.<\/p>\n

The previous owner wanted to sell the shopping center and commissioned Cushman & Wakefield to do so. As their Swiss agent, SPG Intercity Zurich took the lead. In a closed sales process, the fund management company Helvetica Property Investors AG was found as buyer for the real estate fund it manages.<\/p>\n
