At Dalmazirain 32, two new apartments will be created in the attic and a new studio apartment on the first floor. In addition, an apartment previously used as a storage room will be returned to its original use. This will increase the number of apartments on offer at Dalmazirain 32 from eight today to twelve with one to four rooms.<\/p>\n<p>So far, the apartments at Dalmazirain 30 and 32 have been offered in the \"affordable housing with rental criteria (G\u00fcWR)\" segment. The new penthouses will be built to an upscale standard and will be rented out at market rents, reports the <em>Confederation<\/em>.
