The project \"Wunderbar\" by the St. Gallen-based firm K&amp;L Architekten, which won an architectural competition held in 2012, will be realized.<\/p>\n<p>The \"Breitehof\" project consists of four apartment buildings, with most of the apartments having a view of Lake Constance. A total of 40 condominiums are being built in houses A1 to A3. The 2.5- to 4.5-room apartments cost between CHF 340,000 and CHF 710,000; HRS Real Estate has already begun marketing them.<\/p>\n<p>In house A4, in the direction of Romanshornerstrasse, eleven rental apartments with 1.5 to 4.5 rooms are being built. The property is to be sold to a private investor for around 5.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>On December 11, 2017, HRS Real Esaate started the demolition of the former Forster production hall. Construction work is scheduled to start in February 2018.
