Kocher for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on May 17, 2018, the statement added.<\/p>\n<p>Espace Real Estate Holding AG is a real estate investment company based in Biel. The company invests in real estate in the cantons of Bern, Solothurn, Aargau, Lucerne and Schaffhausen. As of June 30, 2017, the value of the real estate portfolio amounted to CHF 635.5 million.
