Bonhôte Sicav: Dividend in the Form of New Shares
For the 2025/26 fiscal year, a large majority of shareholders voted against the cash dividend.
At Bonhôte-Immobilier Sicav, shareholders were able to choose between receiving a cash dividend and being allocated new shares as part of the 2025/26 dividend distribution. According to Bonhôte, nearly 75% of the shareholders opted to receive the dividend in the form of new shares. As a result, 170,148 additional shares were issued.
According to Bonhôte-Immobilier, this is a unique solution in the real estate fund sector that has been in practice for ten years. «This encouraging result in the 20th anniversary year of Bonhôte-Immobilier Sicav is yet another sign of confidence on the part of investors,» the company said.
