Truststone Real Estate Sicav announces the completion of its third capital increase since Dominicé took over management. The total amount is 35.4 million CH; all shares were subscribed.

«This transaction marks the completion of the fund’s first growth phase, which was focused on rapidly establishing a solid earnings base,» writes the fund management. Three properties were acquired in the canton of Vaud. These include commercial spaces, mixed-use properties, and a residential holding.

According to Dominicé, the second phase of growth is focused on strengthening the residential and mixed-use components of the portfolio. The target allocation is 40% residential and 60% commercial. The completion of development projects in Pully and Renens, as well as projects with a longer time horizon, are expected to contribute to this.
