Aurora AST Raises 25 Million Francs
The investment foundation plans to allocate the proceeds from the latest offering to project developments in its existing portfolio, but is also considering acquisitions in Eastern Switzerland.

The Aurora Investment Foundation has completed its latest capital increase, raising over 25 million CHF in additional capital. «The influx of new investors and the commitment of existing investors underscore the confidence in our long-term strategy,» the investment foundation said in a statement regarding the capital increase.
According to the information provided, the additional capital will be allocated to project developments within the existing portfolio. «When good opportunities arise, the investment foundation also considers acquisitions in the Eastern Switzerland market,» the statement says.
A key component of the pipeline is the new construction project in Wittenbach (SG). Construction on the 62 rental apartments will begin in the summer of 2026. The investment foundation is also pursuing projects in St. Gallen, St. Margrethen, and Thal.
