Akara: Fund wants to raise 215 million
The fund's 17th capital increase will start in mid-May and is intended to secure funds for exclusively secured acquisitions.

The 17th capital increase of the Akara Diversity PK real estate fund is expected to reach an issue volume of around CHF 215 million. As announced by Swiss Prime Site Solutions as the fund management company, the subscription period will begin on May 18 and end on June 12. Acquisitions are stated as the intended use of the proceeds. «Exclusive transaction opportunities have already been secured,» it says. In addition, ongoing projects will be financed and, where possible, the debt ratio will be further reduced.
Shortly after the fund's tenth anniversary, its total assets exceeded the CHF 3 billion threshold. It is open to Swiss pension funds as well as social insurance and compensation funds. Investment funds can also invest, provided that their investor base consists exclusively of the aforementioned tax-exempt institutions domiciled in Switzerland. The return on investment in the last financial year amounted toTP3k 4.451, comprising a cash flow return ofTP3k 3.131 and a return on changes in value ofTP3k 1.321. Three capital increases with a total volume of CHF 306 million were carried out in the past year.
