Landquart: Opening of the center extension in April
The almost 5,000 m² Fashion Outlet in Landquart (GR) is due to open in the middle of next month. The center has improved brand sales by 8% in 2025.
The Landquart Fashion Outlet is opening its extension in mid-April. The construction, which began in autumn 2024, will increase the center's gross rental space to almost 27,000 m². According to previous information, the new building will add just under 5,000 m². There will be 15 additional spaces, new restaurant concepts and a modernized infrastructure. Once it opens, the center will have around 100 stores and more than 170 brands.
According to its own figures, the Landquart Fashion Outlet increased its brand sales by 8 % in 2025 compared to the previous year. The shopping center is part of Via Outlets' European portfolio, which increased brand sales across the Group by 4.9 % to 1.52 billion euros and visitor frequency by 2.5 % to over 33 million visitors in 2025.
