The acquisitions totaling CHF 40 million are located in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.

DSPF announces the acquisition of four residential properties with a market value of over CHF 40 million. «This transaction completes the investment of the CHF 99 million raised in October 2025 as part of the capital increase and allows us to maintain a leverage ratio of 29 %, in line with our forecasts,» the company writes. The properties, which are located in Geneva city center and on the Vaud Riviera, are as follows:
- Le Grand-Saconnex, Chemin Alfred-Bétems 7 The property comprises 16 apartments with four to six rooms, which are designed as condominiums (PPE). Two additional apartments could be created as part of a loft conversion project.
- Geneva, Rue Jean-Dassier 16, built in 1919, this listed building is located between the Les Grottes and Saint-Gervais districts and within walking distance of the train station.
- Thônex, Chemin des Deux-Communes 19. The property comprises 21 apartments with a diversified tenant structure. «The estimated rental reserve of 34.6 % offers potential for optimizing income in the short and medium term in connection with the natural fluctuation of rental contracts, while an extension project (1 to 1+A storey) currently under consideration will enable an increase in rentable space in the medium term,» writes Dominicé.
- Corsier-sur-Vevey, Rue de Carlo-Hemmerling 11. 39.5 % is the rental reserve of the property, which is located 15 minutes from Vevey railroad station.
