The real estate management company Wincasa has announced that it has won new mandates. These include center management for the Centro Serfontana shopping center in Mobio (TI), the Implenia subsidiary writes in a press release. The «Center & Mixed Use Site Management» department will now have a full mandate to manage the property, which belongs to a co-owners« association of ten mainly institutional investors. Wincasa is responsible for the property management of the two funds «AKISV» for tax-exempt pension funds, which currently has eleven residential properties and one mixed-use property, and «AKISP» for clients domiciled in Switzerland, which was launched in the fourth quarter of 2025 with seven residential properties. While the service provider has been supporting the «AKISP» fund since its launch and took over its management on November 1, 2025, the mandate for «AKISV» has been in force since January 1, 2026.
