Cronos: Immo Fund raises 120 million in issue
The Western Switzerland residential real estate fund announces the subscription of all shares as part of the twelfth capital increase.
According to Cronos Finance SA, the fund management company of the Cronos Immo Fund, all new units have been subscribed in the fund's twelfth capital increase. On February 20, the payment date, a good one million new unit certificates with a total value of over CHF 110 million will be issued. The issue proceeds are earmarked for acquisitions and the financing of construction projects and the renovation of existing properties.
The fund focuses on residential real estate in French-speaking Switzerland.
