Procimmo: «Residential PK» plans issue
The capital increase of the Sicav subfund is to have a volume of CHF 43 million and will be carried out in March.
The fund management of the «Residential PK» sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV has announced a capital increase of around CHF 43 million for March. The fresh funds will be used in particular to purchase two residential properties. The debt ratio, which had risen as a result of the purchases made at the end of 2025, is also to be reduced again.
