Investissements Fonciers SA (IFSA), the fund management company of the La Foncière real estate fund, is reorganizing its activities into the two areas of competence Portfolio and Development. Ambroise Cordonier is now Head of Portfolio and Asset Management. He has been a member of the Executive Board since February 1 and has been with the company for a good two years. Head of Development/Construction is Roman Loser, who joined the company in February and was appointed a member of the Executive Board. He previously worked for Intershop and Mobimo, where he was responsible for development in French-speaking Switzerland.

Thomas Vonaesch is taking early retirement after 17 years with the company. «We would like to thank him warmly for his lasting contribution to the management and development of Fonds La Foncière,» the company writes in a statement.

The reorganization will help the company to «consolidate internal expertise and prepare the Group's future strategic developments», says Marc Pointet, who has been CEO of Investissements Fonciers SA since June last year. (aw)
