Mobimo places green bond
The CHF 155 million bond is the first to be issued under Mobimo's new «Green Financing Framework».
Mobimo Holding AG has placed another green bond with a volume of CHF 155 million on the Swiss capital market. The fixed-rate bond has a coupon of 1.35% and a term of 8.2 years with a final maturity date of March 30, 2034. Payment will be made on January 30, 2026. Raiffeisen Switzerland, UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as joint lead managers for the transaction. Trading of the bond on the SIX Swiss Exchange has been applied for on January 28.
According to Mobimo, this is the first bond to be issued under the company's new «Green Financing Framework». It was published in December 2025.
