Plazza raises forecast for 2025 slightly

The company had previously forecast an operating result of up to 15 % above the previous year. This expectation should be slightly exceeded, primarily due to one property.

Real estate company Plazza has reported a «very pleasing business performance» for the current year. For 2025, an operating result before depreciation and revaluation «slightly above the previously expected range of 10 % to 15 % above the previous year's figure» is expected, according to the company. In the previous year, this figure was CHF 26.2 million. The main reason for the increase is the rental income from the new residential property in Crissier, which was added in 2024, as well as the growth in income from the rest of the portfolio.

In addition, Plazza expects a revaluation gain in the second half of the year similar to the first half of 2025, when unrealized capital gains amounted to CHF 19.7 million. Plazza cites increased earnings expectations and «market-related reductions in discount rates» as the reasons for this. The annual report with further details will be published on March 4.
