Honegger Group: Takeover in French-speaking Switzerland
The company's FM subsidiary takes over Antoine Nettoyages SA in the canton of Geneva.
The Facility Management division of the Köniz-based Honegger Group has acquired Antoine Nettoyages SA. The company, based in Meyrin (GE), has been in existence since 1966 and offers services in the areas of maintenance and special cleaning, window and façade cleaning and caretaking.
The Honegger Group has been operating a site in Geneva for some time with Honegger AG. By integrating Antoine Nettoyages, the company is creating a broader diversification of services and greater flexibility within the region, according to the statement. The new subsidiary will remain independent until further notice. All employees will be kept on. The current Managing Director Denis Sottas will remain with Antoine Nettoyages for a transitional period, according to the statement.
