Epic Suisse increases capital by 70 million francs
Following the completion of two projects, the real estate company is raising capital for further growth.
The real estate company Epic Suisse has completed an increased capital increase. Due to strong demand, the originally announced volume of CHF 60 million has been increased by CHF 10 million, the company announced. The proceeds will be used for the development and acquisition pipeline. Epic recently completed the «Pulse» and «Campus Leman Building C» projects.
Swiss Finance & Property AG acted as joint bookrunner for Epic in the capital raising through an accelerated bookbuilding offering and reportedly worked together with UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank. (aw)
