Pensimo: Swissinvest completes issue

Pensimo Fondsleitung AG has carried out a capital increase for the listed real estate fund Swissinvest Real Estate Fund. According to the information provided, the fund received new money in the amount of CHF 66.5 million, which corresponds to a subscription quota of 100%. The subscription period lasted from November 10 to 21.
«The proceeds from the issue will be used to further expand the real estate portfolio, in particular to purchase additional properties and invest in new construction projects, to finance ongoing projects and renovations and to repay debt financing,» Pensimo announced.
