Zurich Invest: «ZIF Immobilien Direkt» reaches issue target
The fund raised over CHF 105 million for projects and acquisitions as part of the last capital increase.
Zurich Invest Ltd, as the fund management company of «ZIF Real Estate Direct Switzerland», has carried out a capital increase for the fund in the amount of over CHF 105 million. The issue target was thus achieved. The financing of ongoing construction projects and «selective acquisitions» planned as part of the capital increase can now be carried out, Zurich Invest announced. The subscription period ran from November 10 to 21.
