Cronos Immo Fund announces capital increase
The next issue of the real estate fund is scheduled to take place in February and will raise up to CHF 115 million.
The Cronos Immo Fund is looking for fresh capital. According to the fund management company Cronos Finance SA, the next capital increase is to take place in February and will raise CHF 105 to 115 million. Cronos explains how the new funds will be used: «The proceeds from the issue will mainly be used for acquisitions that are currently under review, for financing projects in the construction phase and for repaying mortgage debt».
