Procimmo SICAV: «Industrial» sub-fund completes issue
The latest capital increase achieves the targeted volume of CHF 145 million.
As planned, the fund management company Procimmo SA has raised CHF 144.5 million for the «Industrial» sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV as part of the latest capital increase. The subscription period lasted from October 13 to October 24.
The proceeds from the issue will be used primarily for the acquisition of new buildings in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland. They will also be used to finance investments in development projects.
The gross assets currently amount to more than CHF 2 billion. According to Procimmo, the sub-fund is the largest real estate fund in Switzerland listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange with a focus on industry, commerce and logistics. (aw)
