Swiss Prime Site Solutions has announced the key data for the fourth capital increase of the Investment Fund Commercial. Accordingly, up to 389,959 new shares are to be issued from October 27 to November 7 at a subscription ratio of 8:1. This corresponds to an issue volume of around CHF 42 million, which is thus at the lower end of the range mentioned above of CHF 40 to 60 million. According to earlier plans, the conversion into a public fund and the first day of trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange will take place on December 9.

According to the announcement, the fund had already generated 63% of the targeted annual dividend as at March 31. SPS Solutions puts the total return since launch at 26.3%, which corresponds to an outperformance of 15.9% compared to the SWIIT. (aw)
