Seraina: Investment group slightly exceeds issue target

The Seraina Investment Foundation has completed the issue of the Swiss Development Residential (SDR) investment vehicle. According to the investment foundation, an investment volume of CHF 85 million was achieved by the end of the subscription period on October 10, thus exceeding the original target volume of CHF 80 million. "The issue was launched on the basis of a promising project pipeline and met with great interest from investors," writes Seraina. The investment group is already planning further capital rounds, it says.
