Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV changes fund management company
According to the invitation to an Extraordinary General Meeting, the fund is to be managed by Solutions & Funds in future.
An Extraordinary General Meeting of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV is to vote on the change of fund management company. According to the invitation, the change from Caceis (Switzerland) SA to Solutions & Funds SA is planned for January 1. The Board of Directors has also decided to change the custodian bank to Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) in Lausanne. This function was also previously held by Caceis Bank. Finally, a change of auditors is also planned. In future, PwC will act as the auditors instead of KPMG. All changes are subject to approval by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority Finma.
