Raiffeisen Futura: Issue oversubscribed
As planned, the real estate fund generated CHF 48 million for acquisitions and investments in existing properties.
The capital increase for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has been completed in the amount of CHF 48.1 million. According to the fund management company Verit Investment Management, the issue was significantly oversubscribed. The proceeds from the issue will be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio and for investments in existing properties.
The new shares are fully entitled to dividends for the 2025/2026 financial year, which began on April 1. Payment will be made on September 29.
"The capital increase met with keen interest from our existing investors, and we were also able to attract further new investors," commented Nils Linsi, CEO of Verit. (aw)
