Dominicé Swiss Property Fund with strong growth

The fund increased its portfolio by around 50 %s during the financial year and made purchases for CHF 246 million.

The Dominicé Swiss Property Fund (DSPF) increased the value of its portfolio by CHF 53 % to CHF 849 million in the 2024/25 financial year. The fund's 17 acquisitions were all located in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud and totaled CHF 246 million. A total of 488 additional apartments were integrated into the fund during the financial year, corresponding to additional rental income of around CHF 10 million.

The fund's income rose from CHF 25.6 million to CHF 31.2 million, net income improved from CHF 14.3 million to CHF 16.1 million and net profit increased by 34 % to CHF 15.1 million. Including the valuation result of CHF 21.2 million, total income rose from CHF 10.8 million to CHF 33.8 million. Dominié reported a return on investment of 6.38 % (previous year: 2.50 %). The EBIT margin remained stable at % 65.11.

The next capital increase is already planned for October (IB reported).
