Immofonds Suburban buys in Murten
The fund, which focuses on investments outside the major centers, has acquired 16 apartments in Espace Mittelland.
The Suburban real estate fund has made a purchase in the Espace Mittelland region. The residential property, built in 1991, is reportedly in a quiet location in the south of Murten. It consists of two adjoining buildings with 16 apartments. "The property offers potential for modernization in the medium term and, with the planned connection to the district heating network, is in line with the fund's sustainable investment strategy," writes Immofonds. This acquisition brings the number of properties to twelve, and the portfolio value now amounts to more than CHF 120 million.
