Swisscanto fund Swiss Commercial raises fresh capital
All units in the «Swisscanto Real Estate Fund Responsible Swiss Commercial» real estate fund were subscribed and over CHF 50 million was raised.
The Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Responsible Swiss Commercial has raised a total of CHF 51.5 million in its latest capital increase. The real estate fund thus concluded the issue with a subscription quota of 100%. Ten existing shares entitled the holder to subscribe to one new share. «The capital increase has laid the foundation for the continuation of the responsible growth course of the Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Responsible Swiss Commercial,» writes Swisscanto in a press release. The units were issued on September 16.
