Patrimonium Urban Opportunity increases profit
The public limited company specializing in commercial real estate closed the first half of the year without acquisitions or sales with an increased operating result.

Patrimonium Urban Opportunity AG increased its operating income by CHF 7.2% to CHF 7.0 million in the first half of the 2025 financial year. According to the information provided, the favorable factors were lettings, the completion of the Mochettaz 7 property in Bussigny and the indexation of rental agreements. With costs virtually unchanged at CHF 3.1 million, the operating result before revaluation rose by 15.3% to CHF 3.9 million.
Investments of CHF 5.7 million and valuation gains of CHF 3.0 million (previous year: CHF 1.8 million) led to an increase in the portfolio value from CHF 261.1 million to CHF 269.8 million. The company improved its net profit by 58.7% to CHF 5.0 million. There were no real estate transactions in the first half of the year. (aw)
