Colliers Switzerland announces partner for French-speaking Switzerland

Colliers Switzerland has agreed a cooperation with the Geneva-based real estate consultancy Jouan - de Rham SA. "The aim of this partnership is to combine the expertise of both companies with immediate effect and to provide even more comprehensive support to both Swiss and international clients," writes Colliers in a press release.

Rham has offices in Geneva, Vésenaz, Coppet and soon in the greater Lausanne-Ouest area. The company specializes in transactions in the commercial and residential sectors as well as in architecture and real estate development. The partner thus ideally complements the offering of Colliers in Switzerland and Europe as well as the Intercity Group, which is behind Colliers Switzerland. "In order to serve the important French-speaking Swiss market even more efficiently in future and to make optimum use of synergies, we plan to establish a joint company in the course of next year," Colliers Switzerland added.
