Fundamenta: AST closes issue ahead of schedule

The Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation says it has completed its 8th issue ahead of schedule. With subscriptions totaling CHF 200 million, a new record was also reached, the investment foundation announced. The investment volume exceeded the billion mark.

"Even though the market environment is complex and characterized by various influencing factors, we also see attractive opportunities," says Ricardo Ferreira, Managing Director of the Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation. Plans include acquisitions and investments in ongoing development projects.

The real estate portfolio of the "Swiss Real Estate" investment group comprises 52 properties, including 47 existing properties and five development projects.
