Seraina: Investment foundation plans two issues
The Seraina Investment Foundation wants to raise up to CHF 140 million in fresh capital for the Swiss Development Residential (SDR) investment group and up to CHF 80 million for the SIF Living ESG investment group.
The Seraina Investment Foundation is launching issues for two of its investment groups. The 26th issue of "Swiss Development Residential (SDR)" is designed for a volume of CHF 80 million to CHF 140 million. The subscription period runs until October 10. With a target yield of at least 5.5%, the investment group is investing in a pipeline of new projects that is reportedly secured until beyond 2028. The investment group's assets under management currently total CHF 1.6 billion.
The SIF Living ESG investment group is conducting its third issue from September 4 to October 24 and is targeting a volume of CHF 50 to 80 million. The target yield is stated as 3.5 to 5.0%, with gross assets currently amounting to CHF 129 million. (aw)
