Tellco AST: Raising capital for "Real Estate Switzerland"
The targeted issue volume of CHF 50 million is to be invested in acquisitions and projects.
The Tellco Investment Foundation is opening its "Real Estate Switzerland" investment group to additional institutional investors. The subscription period runs from September 5 to 26. The target volume is CHF 50 million. "The proceeds from the issue will be used for the targeted expansion of the real estate portfolio and the financing of development projects," writes Tellco AST in a press release.
The investment group invests primarily in residential properties in Swiss cities and conurbations. The residential portion currently amounts to around 72% and the current cash flow yield is around 3%. The portfolio currently comprises over 100 properties with a total investment volume of around CHF 1.2 billion. (aw)
