Julius Baer Real Estate: Julian Slickers heads valuation
The new Head of Real Estate Valuation comes from CBRE Switzerland. Julius Baer intends to expand this business area, according to a press release.
Julius Baer Real Estate announces the appointment of Julian Slickers as new Head Real Estate Valuation. He took up his position on September 1. Slickers joins from CBRE Switzerland, where he worked for the last seven years - most recently as Director. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and is a real estate expert (DIA), a member of the SVIT Chamber of Valuation Experts and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Julius Baer Real Estate states that it carries out around 625 real estate valuations annually - approximately 50 % in German-speaking Switzerland, 40 % in French-speaking Switzerland and 10 % in Ticino. The average valuation volume amounts to around CHF 7 billion per year.
"The appointment of Julian Slickers underscores Julius Baer Real Estate's commitment to setting the highest quality standards in the field of real estate valuation and further expanding the business segment," the company said in a statement.
