Meggen: Mobimo plans apartments

The listed real estate company has secured an attractively located plot of land in the municipality of Meggen near the city of Lucerne and is planning a condominium project there.

Mobimo has acquired a plot of around 12,000 square meters in Meggen (LU) on Lake Lucerne from a privately held real estate company; the transfer of ownership took place on 1 September 2025. According to the current planning status, a project with around 70 condominiums is planned on the site on Neueggweg, which is located in residential zone C, the real estate company announced. Following the successful completion of the "Grace" condominium project in 2022, this is the second project that Mobimo will implement in Meggen. The project volume amounts to around CHF 120 million. A design plan is required for the development. Completion is planned by the end of 2032.

The municipality of Meggen, just outside the city of Lucerne, is one of the most sought-after residential communities in central Switzerland - Mobimo therefore sees great potential in the acquisition of this attractive property, especially as the demand for attractive residential property in central locations is unbroken.
