Raiffeisen Futura Fund increases capital
The issue will begin these days and is expected to raise up to CHF 48 million.
Verit Investment Management, as fund management company for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund, has decided on a capital increase. A maximum of 493,058 units are to be issued for CHF 97.49, which would correspond to an issue volume of around CHF 48 million. The issue will be carried out from September 4 to 23, with the new shares to be paid out on September 29. "The issue proceeds will be invested primarily directly in sustainable real estate assets throughout Switzerland as part of the investment policy," writes Verit in a press release. (aw)
