The CHF 150 million in fresh capital will be used to purchase a portfolio worth a good CHF 200 million.

The Baloise Swiss Property Fund (BSPF) has completed its fifth capital increase with capital commitments totaling CHF 153.7 million. This was announced by the fund management company, Baloise Asset Management Ltd. The proceeds will be used to acquire eleven properties with a market value of CHF 209.6 million. The BSPF will then have a real estate portfolio of around CHF 1.3 billion.
