Zurich: New Westhive location at Paradeplatz

Westhive, a Swiss provider of flexible workspace solutions, has reported strong growth in occupancy and sales. "The trend towards serviced offices continues unabated - international tech companies in particular are increasingly opting for flexible office models with high service quality and a central location," says Andreas Widmer, co-founder of the company. Westhive is responding to the growing demand for high-quality, fully equipped working environments by opening another branch in Zurich in November 2025 - directly on Zurich's Paradeplatz and thus in the heart of the financial district. According to the information provided, the new location will offer fully equipped private offices and meeting rooms, a library with an open space area, various lounges and tea kitchens as well as a large terrace with a view of the central courtyard. With the forthcoming opening, Westhive will have five New Work locations in Zurich; the company has further locations in Basel, Geneva and Zug. According to the company, further locations in Switzerland's urban centers are already being planned. (bw)
