Procimmo SICAV: Three sub-funds plan issue
The "Industrial", "Residential" and "Residential PK" sub-funds of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV plan to raise a total of CHF 170 million in the fourth quarter.
Procimmo Real Estate SICAV has announced a capital increase for the sub-funds "Industrial", "Residential" and "Residential PK". Both issues are to take place in the fourth quarter. The target volume for the "Industrial" sub-fund is CHF 100 million, while CHF 30 million is planned for "Residential". The "Residential PK" is to raise a further CHF 40 million. The fund management company will announce details after the annual results as at June 30 are published.
The gross assets of "Procimmo Real Estate SICAV - Industrial" amount to around CHF 2 bn and, according to Procimmo, is the largest real estate fund in Switzerland listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, specializing in industry, commerce and logistics. The "Residential" and "Residential PK" sub-funds each amount to a good CHF 500 million. (aw)
