Cronos: Immo Fund with two contributions in kind
The fund grows in July through two contributions in kind with real estate in the canton of Vaud.
Cronos Finance SA, in its capacity as fund management company of the Cronos Immo Fund, announces the issue of units as part of a contribution in kind. This involves 138,009 units with a value of just under CHF 17 million. The issue and listing will take place on July 31. "This new issue is part of a contribution in kind through which the fund is acquiring a portfolio of buildings in prime city centers in the canton of Vaud," writes Cronos in a press release.
As at July 15, the fund had already announced a somewhat smaller contribution in kind. In this context, 52,400 shares worth almost CHF 7 million were issued. At the time, it was stated that an - unspecified - "portfolio of buildings in the canton of Vaud" had been acquired. (aw)
