Prisma Previous Responsible has increased net income
Due to reduced rent losses, the investment group managed by Gefiswiss significantly improved its rental income in the past financial year.
The Prisma Previous Responsible Residential Real Estate investment group increased its total assets from CHF 150.9 million to CHF 166.9 million in the last financial year. Rental income rose from CHF 3.1 million to CHF 4.3 million, boosted not least by significantly lower losses due to vacancies. The operating result (from CHF 2.5 million to CHF 3.4 million) and net income (from CHF 1.3 million to CHF 2.2 million) improved similarly significantly. As the result from revaluation rose from CHF -0.5 million to CHF +2.2 million, total income increased from CHF 1.3 million to CHF 4.3 million. There were no purchases or sales.
Prisma is managed by the Gefiswiss investment foundation from Lausanne. The last issue of CHF 40 million was carried out in the spring. (aw)
