Architecture: Galledia takes over the marketing award

The prestigious "Award for Architecture + Marketing" has found a new home with the "Immobilien Business" publishing group

The Award for Marketing + Architecture is now organized by the Galledia Group

The Galledia Group, the publisher of the trade magazine "Immobilien-Business", is taking over the renowned Marketing+Architecture Award from Baukoma-Marketimpact AG. The award has been successfully held eight times to date and is now being transferred to the Galledia Group as part of a sustainable succession solution. "The takeover will ensure the ongoing development of this industry event," Galledia announced.

Synergies between specialist media and event expertise

"With its established trade magazines 'Architektur+Technik' and 'm&k -Das Dach-Magazin' for market and communication, the Galledia Group has a solid foundation in the fields of architecture and marketing," says Daniel Ettlinger, CEO of the Galledia Group. "Thanks to the combination of our specialist media with the event expertise of Galledia Event AG, ideal synergies are created - particularly in the interplay of specialist content, media reach and event organization."

The award recognizes construction projects in which architecture is deliberately used as a means of communication, for example to make the values, identity or innovative strength of a company spatially tangible. For example, a company headquarters can become a brand ambassador, a store concept can create a targeted customer experience or a public building can make the social commitment of an institution visible. The award recognizes companies, institutions, architects and clients who combine design quality with entrepreneurial vision through innovative concepts.

The event also offers a high-quality networking platform for decision-makers from the fields of architecture, marketing and business. The next edition of the Marketing+Architecture Award will take place on September 24, 2026 at JED Events in Schlieren. The call for entries will start in fall 2025 and is aimed at architects and clients, companies and institutions. We are looking for buildings that combine architectural quality with communicative impact. Further information on project submission and the program will be published in the coming weeks.
