Peach Property: Capital increase fully subscribed
The inflow of CHF 50 million will give the company, which specializes in German apartments, "decisive financial leeway", says the CEO.

Zurich-based Peach Property Group AG has completed a capital increase of CHF 50 million. According to the company, all new registered shares issued at a subscription ratio of 32:7 have been subscribed. The company, which focuses on German residential real estate, intends to use the capital to repay a CHF 50 million convertible bond issued at % 3.00 maturing in May 2026. Peach also announced that the financing of the remaining EUR 173 million of the corporate bond maturing in November 2025 (4.375 %) is proceeding according to plan. Following the use of a credit facility that was concluded in June 2025, less than EUR 100 million remains, according to the statement. "Peach Property Group is already in very promising talks with a financing partner in this regard," it said in a statement. "The cash inflow from the capital increase will give us decisive financial leeway," says CEO Gerald Klinck.
Peach Property Group had run into difficult waters due to high valuation losses on its German residential portfolio and had to cash in part of the portfolio (IB reported). (aw)
