Patrimonium: Swiss Real Estate Fund with fresh capital
The real estate fund receives a good CHF 100 million for acquisitions and projects.
The Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund has announced the result of its latest issue. All 673,070 new units were subscribed, which means that the fund received CHF 104.3 million. According to the fund management, the funds raised will be used to finance acquisitions, new development projects and to reduce the debt ratio.
The listed real estate fund has a market value of over CHF 1.3 billion and actively invests in residential properties in the moderate rental price segment and in locations in Switzerland's main conurbations. (aw)
