Aurora AST before portfolio purchase

The Aurora Investment Foundation has completed its latest capital increase in the amount of CHF 60 million. According to the information provided, interest exceeded expectations and the targeted issue volume was significantly exceeded. "This result and the upcoming investments mark an important milestone in the development of the Aurora Investment Foundation," says Köbi Frei, Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

The newly raised funds will be used to acquire a real estate portfolio worth CHF 146 million. The focus is on residential properties in Eastern Switzerland.

Contribution in kind from pension fund

In addition, the investment foundation acquired the real estate portfolio of a pension fund in Eastern Switzerland in 2025 by means of a contribution in kind, Aurora announced. "Thanks to these transactions and the successes in the project pipeline, 2025 is a key year for the Aurora Investment Foundation," continues Frei.

Aurora also provides an update on its projects: The Central parking garage in St. Gallen was opened in March 2025. Founded in 2021 and based in St. Gallen, the investment foundation currently manages assets of CHF 550 million. (aw)
